(Court Reporter, Lahore ) Chief Secretary ,Punjab is Noticed in Contempt Proceedings by Lahore High Court, Lahore.
It is revealed that matter is about the departmental proceedings against illegally & unlawfully appointed Abrar Alam who was after recommendations of Chief Secretary Office had not been Inquired since 31.01.2022. Later on, Abrar was posted as Executive Director Punjab Council of the Arts Lahore,the largest cultural body of Information &Culture,Department. Despite the change of incumbents i.e. Rajas to Lodhi for the post of Secretary ,no compliance has been made yet which is the clear picture of favoritism. Meanwhile ,Chief Secretary Punjab is seemingly resourceless before the Mafia of Information & Culture ,Department otherwise it is nothing for the Chief Secretary Office if the office /chair is interested & believed in Justice even in compliance with its very own recommendations in probe report compiled by the S&GAD,Punjab almost a year ago.
